Most international students need to prove that they meet the English language requirements for the purpose of visa or for further education in English speaking countries.
The level of English required depends on the type of course and the institution’s policies. English levels are tested through a number of testing standards, but the most widely accepted ones are IELTS and PTE. TOEFL is more common in American systems.
